A nation-wide mobilization supported by over 120 writers and the Ministry of Education.
At the request of the teacher and consistent with the proposed school and classroom practice, retired volunteers offer some of their free time to primary school children to stimulate their interest in reading and promote their approach to literature.
Reading sessions are organized in small groups, one or more times per week throughout the school year, in an approach based on the joy of reading and the meeting between generations.

It brings together volunteers retirees and early retirees who propose and undertake both in France and abroad, solidarity actions, offering their professional and life experience.
Founding member of the European Confederation CESES (Confederation of European Senior Expert Services).

Objectives of the organization:
- Transfer of know-how and technical assistance in all sectors, in France and in developing countries
- Activity in European cooperation :

Participation in the programs of the European Commission, particularly assistance to third countries (companies, governments, civil society)
Provision of expert volunteers to the needs of the EuropeAid Cooperation Office of the European Commission

This original embodies the quest for meaning of employees, allowing them to balance social life and professional life. The "skills sponsorship" is a la carte, depending of course on the associations needs and the aspirations of employees: this is primarily a voluntary approach of the company and its employees. Important! this device allows a significant tax deduction  for the company, 60% of wages plus payroll of employees engaged, in proportion to the hours worked for the association.
